Last year, Itekpharma's exponential growth following the authorization of OTC sales on the Internet prompted its director, Mr. Yves Bottin, to renew the brand by creating a more modern and attractive graphic charter. Numerous tools were given a facelift: logo, website, mobile site, etc.
At this year's show, we were able to witness the enthusiasm and visual quality generated by our communication strategy. Appreciated by visitors and our colleagues/competitors alike, it was also the subject of a strong resemblance on the stand of one of the latter, whose existence predates our makeover!
Generally speaking, the show was relatively quiet compared with previous years, certainly due to the municipal elections and the fact that some professionals, such as pharmacists, work on Saturdays...
In any case, the contacts made at the show were of the highest quality. Cyber-pharmacists are becoming increasingly aware of the need to open a pharmacy on the Internet, whether for the sale of parapharmaceutical products, non-prescription medicines, prescription renewals or click-and-collect (collection of orders from pharmacies).
Today, Itekpharma is no longer just a website designer, but a publisher of web solutions for healthcare professionals. Technical evolutions are linked to both technological and legislative developments. The creation of new divisions (training and webmarketing) has enabled us to offer a comprehensive 360° service. Indeed, customers can choose whether to entrust Itekpharma with the management of their referencing or to take care of it in-house. To get up to speed, pharmacists can follow a webmarketing training course. In its capacity as a training center, Itekpharma holds an activity declaration number which enables the Organismes paritaires collecteurs agréés (OPCA) to finance these new actions.
Itekpharma's solution has been integrated into pharmacies to meet all the needs of e-pharmacists.
