In concrete terms, pharmacists will no longer have to apply to the Agence Régionale de Santé for approval to sell online, and will no longer have to comply with numerous administrative requirements, which is a good thing if more pharmacies are to embrace the new uses of the Internet. This decision should not, however, prevent pharmacists from continuing to apply essential ethical rules.

In any case, the annulment of the decree does not remove the obligation to host your online drug sales website with an approved "health data" host.
